Talking A little retribution

This weekend I finally had the pleasure to take my aggressions on a Bot in GW. Previously I thought them untouchable and just a nuisance every time I zoned into a popular botville outpost. Watching the mindless running of monks over the same path over and over and over. Well this weekend was a first for me. I went up against a team in RA that had a bot. The opposing team knew he was a bot and called it early in the match. I asked them how do you know? Look at the freaky movement was the reply. And it was freaky. Back and forth back and forth real jittery. It would lose its target lock if another target ran close to it. The targeting aspect was messed up and the skills used where even worse. Skills must have been on a timer it would use Healing signet at full health every 20 seconds and then try to get in its combo. It was a crip slash build. And it was just a 123 for me (anti melee Mesmer build) to take him out. The other team did rez him 3 times in a valiant effort to win. But the temptation to take him out over and over and over was too much for me. We won the match and moved on but about 7 matches later… He was there again on the opposing team and I got the pleasure to kill him 2 more times

Its impossible to tell between a bot and a PvE player, you can never be sure if its a bot thats using stupid skills and running around the map at random or just someone who has no idea what they are doing.

I disagree.

The bots don't cry when they die.

Good point at first I was thinking the same thing but watching the movement and skill usage finally tipped it off for me.

I'm sure the bot was very humbled and embarrassed to have been owned so thoroughly.

This reminds me of that thread where a bunch of people were trying to get this one bot doing FFF banned, and how "positively sure" they were that it was a bot. Turns out it was a dude who's been cruising and posting on the Guru for quite some time now. He was pissed, they were owned, it was funny : )
